Services
Five things we do, each one scoped and priced before we start.
We don't sell retainers for work nobody has defined. Everything below comes with a written statement of work: what you get, when you get it, and what it costs — either a fixed fee or an hourly rate with a cap you agree to first.

-
Technology advisory
An outside read on the technology your business runs on. We take stock of what you already have, talk to the people using it every day, and work out where your money, your risk, and your staff's time are actually going. You get a written assessment: what to fix, in what order, and roughly what each one takes — not a deck of generalities.
-
Custom software development
Software built for something specific your business needs. Native apps for iOS and macOS, web applications, and internal tools that replace the spreadsheets and workarounds people have been putting up with. We handle the whole thing — working out what it needs to do, designing it, building it, testing it, getting it released, and looking after it once it's live.
-
Systems integration and automation
Most businesses already own the software they need. The cost is in moving data between the pieces by hand. We connect what you have through their APIs, build the reporting on top, and automate the handoffs eating your staff's hours — invoicing, onboarding, reconciliation, status reports. Everything we automate gets documented and monitored, so when something breaks you hear about it instead of finding out later.
-
Operations consulting
For businesses whose procedures live in two or three people's heads. We write down how the work actually moves today, find the steps causing delay or rework, and rebuild the process so it's clear who owns what. You end up with written procedures, a chart of who's responsible for each step, and a way to tell whether the change stuck.
-
Fractional technical leadership
For when you need someone senior making technical calls regularly, but not often enough to justify hiring one. We work a set number of days each month — architecture decisions, negotiating with vendors, helping you hire, keeping an eye on outside developers. We review it with you every quarter, and you can end it with notice.
Terms
What it costs
Assessments and advisory work are a fixed fee. Development and integration work is a fixed fee per phase where the scope is clear enough, and hourly where it isn't — with a written estimate and a cap you agree to before we start. Fractional work is billed monthly against a set number of days.
Everything runs under a signed statement of work. You own the deliverables and the source code once you've paid in full. We bring our own tools, hardware, and insurance, and we work as an independent contractor — not an employee — for every client.
Confidentiality
We'll sign your confidentiality agreement as a matter of course, and we have our own if you'd rather use that. We don't name clients or discuss what we did for them without written permission.
