Acknowledgement
We reply within two business days to confirm receipt and either propose a call or explain why the work is not a fit for the practice.

Consultation
A thirty-minute conversation, at no charge, covering the problem, the constraints, the people involved, and any deadline. No obligation follows from it.

Written proposal
Within one week of the consultation, a statement of work naming the deliverables, schedule, assumptions, and fee. It is yours to review with counsel or decline.
Confidentiality
Information shared during an initial consultation is treated as confidential whether or not an agreement follows. We will sign a client-provided confidentiality agreement before the conversation on request.
